This policy explains how The Rise Is Hers, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you visit theriseishers.com, shop with us, request a wholesale quote, or contact us. Our store currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States.

Squarespace hosts our website and receives technical information when visitors access it, including IP addresses, device and browser details, referring pages, and activity on the site. This supports website operation, security, and the platform's services. Analytics collection depends on the features and privacy settings in use.

If you create a customer account, Squarespace processes your account and contact information, saved addresses, and order history to support sign-in, checkout, and customer service.

How we use information

We use information to handle purchases and payments; arrange production and delivery; respond to retail and wholesale inquiries; prepare quotes and invoices; provide order updates and customer support; handle returns and refunds; maintain business records; address suspected fraud or misuse; and meet applicable legal obligations.

Our wholesale application offers an optional signup for news and updates. If you select it, Squarespace records your email address and signup preference. As of this policy's effective date, we are not sending newsletters or promotional campaigns. You can contact us to withdraw your signup at any time. We also communicate about orders, inquiries, and service matters.

We use Squarespace to send order and account messages. If you provide your email during checkout or use a customer account and leave an eligible purchase unfinished, we may send an automated cart reminder. You can unsubscribe using the link in that reminder. We may also send a product-review request after an order is fulfilled.

Service providers and disclosures

We work with providers that help us operate the business:

• Squarespace provides our website, store, customer accounts, and forms. Contact-form submissions include your name, email, and message. Wholesale applications include contact and business details and any resale documentation you upload. Submissions are stored in Squarespace and notifications are sent to our business email so we can respond and review applications. Squarespace also records optional email signups. • Printify and the production and shipping providers involved in applicable orders receive the customer, delivery, and product information needed to produce and deliver those orders. Printify's privacy policy is available at https://printify.com/privacy-policy/.

• QuotePlugin supports wholesale and product inquiries. It processes the contact information, selected products, quantities, and other details you submit, and sends request notifications to our business email at orders@theriseishers.com. We use this information to review and respond to requests and prepare quotes or invoices. Requests and related correspondence are retained in our business email. • Squarespace Payments handles payments on our store. It uses Stripe for payment processing and Sift for fraud detection. These providers process transaction and related personal information under their privacy policies: https://www.squarespace.com/privacy, https://stripe.com/privacy, and https://sift.com/service-privacy. If you select an available wallet or installment option, its provider also processes information needed for that method under its own terms and privacy notice.

• Our business email services, including Gmail and Google Workspace, help us receive, store, and respond to inquiries and manage order correspondence. Shipping providers receive the delivery details needed for applicable orders.

• Google reCAPTCHA helps protect our Contact and Wholesale Application forms against spam, fraud, and abuse. It evaluates technical and interaction signals and uses a necessary cookie for risk analysis. This processing supports the security of our forms. We may also disclose information when legally required, to address fraud or security incidents, to obtain professional advice, or to establish or defend legal rights.

Marketing use of customer information

We do not sell our customer contact lists, provide those lists to other businesses for their marketing, or upload them to advertising services to create audiences. We do share information with the service providers described above as needed to operate our store, handle inquiries and payments, and fulfill orders.

Cookies and browser choices

Squarespace uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functions such as security, customer accounts, and shopping-cart operation, and for analytics. Our cookie banner offers Accept all, Decline all, and Manage cookies choices. Use Cookie Preferences to revisit those choices. Necessary technologies may remain active to operate the store.
