About these terms
This website is operated by The Rise Is Hers, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms describe the conditions for using theriseishers.com and making retail purchases through our website. Please review them before placing an order.

Orders and payment
Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information when ordering. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Available payment methods and applicable order charges are displayed at checkout. Products are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable or a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve the issue. We will not charge you an increased price without your agreement. If we cancel an order or cannot provide an item, we will promptly refund the amount paid for the canceled portion, including applicable taxes and related shipping charges.
Price changes apply to future purchases.
Klarna payments
Where offered at checkout, Klarna is available for eligible retail purchases of physical products. Klarna may not be used to purchase gift cards or pay for wholesale orders.
Approval, available payment plans, repayment schedules, and any interest or fees are determined by Klarna and governed by the terms presented to you during checkout. The Rise Is Hers, LLC does not determine or guarantee approval or financing terms. We do not add a surcharge for choosing Klarna.
If you choose Klarna, your payment obligations are governed by your agreement with Klarna. We remain responsible for handling your order, product inquiries, delivery issues, and returns under our store policies and applicable requirements.
Approved refunds are processed through the original Klarna transaction. Klarna will adjust your remaining payment balance and refund any amount due to you, as applicable under your payment agreement.
Products and images
We aim to describe and represent our products accurately. Colors may appear different depending on screen settings and lighting. Handmade products may have natural variations in finish, shape, or texture.
These variations do not excuse a product that is defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.
Some products are made after an order is placed. Please review product descriptions, available options, and size charts carefully before purchasing.
Some model and lifestyle images on our website are created or edited using artificial intelligence (AI), including digitally generated models and edited photographs or backgrounds. These images are used for visual presentation and do not represent customer reviews or testimonials.
Shipping and delivery
Orders may ship directly from us or from our production partners and may arrive in separate packages. Production and processing time are separate from carrier transit time.
Carrier transit times and estimated delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly offer a delivery guarantee. Weather, carrier disruptions, and seasonal shipping volumes may affect arrival times.
If we cannot hand your order to the carrier within the shipment timeframe promised when you ordered, or otherwise required by law, we will notify you, seek any required consent to a revised shipment timeframe, and provide the required cancellation and refund options.
Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, we cannot guarantee that it can be stopped or redirected.
If tracking stops updating or your package appears lost or undelivered, please contact LaMonica@theriseishers.com. We will investigate with the carrier or production partner and arrange an appropriate resolution. Where a refund is required by law or applicable payment-provider requirements, we will provide that refund rather than require you to accept a replacement.
Nothing in this section limits cancellation, refund, or dispute rights available under applicable law or the buyer-protection rules applicable to your payment method.
If an order reported lost arrives after a refund or replacement has been provided, please contact us. Where permitted by law, we may arrange a return of the refunded or duplicate item at our expense.
Order changes and cancellations
Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes and voluntary cancellations may not be possible once production or fulfillment has begun. We do not accept change-of-mind cancellations after shipment. Once an order is delivered, eligible returns are handled under our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges policy.
These provisions do not limit cancellation rights for delayed, unshipped merchandise or other rights provided by applicable consumer protection law or applicable payment-provider requirements.

Wholesale purchases
Wholesale purchases are subject to the separate terms agreed upon for the applicable wholesale order. Klarna is not available for wholesale purchases.
Website and brand content
The Rise Is Hers™ is a trademark of The Rise Is Hers, LLC.
Our brand name, logo, original writing, designs, and other protected website content belong to The Rise Is Hers, LLC or their respective owners. Commercial reproduction or use requires permission from the rights holder, except where permitted by law.
You may not use this website for unlawful or fraudulent activity, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
Applicable law and updates
These terms are governed by Washington State law and applicable United States federal law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter the terms of an order already placed.
